Introduction to the Scroll Saw
Date: November 22nd

Class Size: 5
Price: Only $45
Learn how to cut out designs and patterns on the scroll saw as our instructor guides you through the proper selection of blades and cutting techniques. We will provide the patterns, wood, saws, and supplies for the class. You may also bring your own scroll saw if you would like to learn how to use it during the class. You are also invited to attend the scroll saw club meeting (below) following the class for additional tips, pattern swap, and some great company.

We will be hosting the second meeting for scrollers interested in forming a club. If you can make it to the meeting please call or e-mail us so we can save a space for you. We’re looking forward to building a community of scrollers!

Featured Class Program: David Marks @ WoodZone

Back by popular demand, David Marks, the host of the popular DIY Network series "WoodWorks" will offer a selection of woodworking classes in January 2009. Classes dates are currently planned from Friday, January 16th through Monday January 19th 2009. Class topics have not yet been selected so please contact us if you would like to be put on the mailing list for this event. Last year's classes sold out with a waiting list so please reserve your spot as soon as possible.

  1. All classes are conducted in our West Columbia, SC classroom. 
  2. Minimum age requirements may apply to classes.
  3. Students are required to sign a liability waiver.
  4. WoodZone provides snacks and refreshments.
  5. WoodZone provides all tools, equipment and supplies for classes. Students may use their own tools during the class if they prefer.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Classes are only refundable if another student on our waiting list can take your place or if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the class.
